Plant comprising of Extruder, Jocky extruder (optional) with sliding attachment, Temperature control panel, AC variable drive, cater pillar, vacuum,/ Pressure sizing unit, Water bath tank, panel for cutter & water pump, pipe cutter ( manual or fully auto with tilter & stacker).
Barrel & screw of the Extruders made from nitride steel (EN-41B), screw & barrel inner surface highly finish and hardened by Gas/Plasma Nitride Process. Dies made from alloy steel & hardened or hard chrome plated.
Optional : Belt up down movement and grip pressure by hydraulic cylinder for slipless pulling is also available.
