Above plants consisting of Extruder, temperature control panel, water bath tank and Pelletier/ granulator.Granulators are available in two types. 1- Strand Pelletier/ granulator and 2- Die Face cutter air cooled and under water pelletising.

Strand Pelletier/ granulator is suitable for all type of polymers and recycling.Air cooled Die face cutters are suitable for PVC filler based compounds, cable compounds, ABS coloring compound etc. Moisture free with high dielectric strength compound / granules are obtained with this cutter.Under water palletizing by die face cutter is possible for all type of polymers and recycling.
